Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification Process

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will receive a verification code on their provided mobile phone number. This code must be entered on the confirmation page to verify the order. If the verification code is not received, an automated call will be made to verify the provided contact details.

Elexare reserves the right to not ship any Cash on Delivery (COD) order that is not verified by the customer via SMS OTP or automated call.

All orders confirmed via SMS OTP or automated call will be considered Verified.

The term "(Verified)" means that the customer has placed an order and confirmed it via SMS OTP or automated call. The SMS OTP and automated calls are sent to the customer's registered mobile phone number.

By confirming an order via SMS OTP or automated call, the customer agrees to receive the order, ensuring that the order is not placed erroneously.

Cash on delivery orders will be canceled if they are not confirmed via verification code/call within 48 hours of order placement.

Elexare reserves the right to cancel orders at any time before processing due to reasons including out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or technical issues.

Domestic Delivery

• Order deliveries may take 2 - 3 working days.

• During the Sale Period, orders may be delivered in 6 - 8 working days.

• Flat Rs.200 shipping charges on all orders.

• Orders may be split (for local orders only) for a smoother delivery process, and you may receive your order in multiple packages. There will be no additional delivery charges for split orders.

International Delivery

• Order deliveries may take 5 - 7 working days.

• During the Sale Period, orders may be delivered in 12 - 15 working days.

• Any additional Custom Duty (if applicable) will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

• Any applicable duties or fees will be payable by the customer to the courier company upon delivery.

Delivery Charges

• Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the shipment.

• Duties and taxes are not typically included in the price of goods purchased online and may not be included in the overall shipping costs paid.

• Customers should check for any Duty charges that will be payable to the courier company upon delivery.

• Failure to pay duties and taxes will result in order cancellation/return, and the payment will not be refunded.
